Jet Plating Process

From a reservoir, the electrolyte is pumped through several nozzles and guided to the contact area precisely and as close as possible. The product to be plated is cathodically switched.

Anode/cathode separation distance, flow velocity and current affect the quality of the plating significantly.

Jet plate processing is perfect for stamped articles that cannot be plated in the contact area using the standard selective processes.
