Brushing Process

Both the "roll-brush" and the "static brush" consist of a titanium body covered with a special fleece.

The electrolyte is pumped from a reservoir onto the brush surface, which is selectively moistened. The product to be plated is cathodically switched then guided over the brush surface with high precision. In doing so, the desired contact surface is moistened with the electrolyte. Electrolyte replacement, fleece quality and current affect the quality of the plating significantly.

The Brushing Process is perfect for one- and/or two-sided partial plating at the contacts.
