Quality management system
Our QMS comprises more than just test numbers and test certificates. From continuous analysis and control of the electrolyte, to the the training of our staff up to continuous optimisation of the working conditions and the plants, everything is geared towards implementing the "zero-error principle", using the resources in the best possible way and ruling out environmental pollution.
Advance quality planning: After the customer requirements have been exactly ascertained and detailed feasibility analyses have been carried out, obligatory testing instructions are issued for each article.
Constant monitoring: At the end of every line there is an integrated test facility. Trained operators check that the nominal and actual values correspond, using the most up-to-date x-ray fluorescence measuring apparatus, microscopes and other inspection equipment. In addition, "flying inspectors" perform spot checks of the operators' inspection results. Finally, the final inspection is carried out in our central laboratory. Together with its final inspection certificate and test protocols, the product leaves our premises.
Special testing procedures: Thermal shock, solder balance, deterioration and customer specific tests can be carried out in our modern testing laboratory. Even a 100% video-based monitoring of the product during the plating process is possible.
Traceability: From the quotation to the shipping - we can show the history of each product plated at any time. For every reel and every coil, retain samples, process and quality data are archived.
